We know when to be a wolf and when to be a shepherd. We prefer the latter. We also know that it takes a certain kind of diplomacy, candor, and leadership to work in an academic environment. We have over 30 years combined experience working with non-profit and higher-ed organizations. And, thankfully, we are still learning what motivates individuals and teams like yours to do great work! Every project is unique and we are proud of our abilities to adapt processes, create new systems, and challenge our own ways of thinking to continually produce world-class user experiences. Whether we are leading content management system training sessions, running Appreciative Inquiry workshops, brainstorming creative technology solutions with Systems Integration Engineers, or presenting website usability studies to a Board of Trustees, the reason why this work is so important is never far from our hearts.
